■ ADS EVO シャシダイナモ用運転ロボット
技術の高度化の一方で、複雑さを増す車両開発に対応するため、排出ガス計測・耐久試験においても効率化は大きな課題です。堀場製作所の新型自動運転ロボット「ADS EVO」は、シャシダイナモ上で車両運転を行うロボット。ハンドルやレバーを持ちやすく運びやすい形状に改良しつつ、骨格などの構造部品を小型軽量化。また車両への固定にISO FIX（チャイルドシート固定用フック）を利用する構造としつつ、すべてのケーブル端子をベースユニット前面に集約させることで、従来型「ADS-7000」に対し重量を27％削減。取付時間も約20分から8分に短縮。特に小型軽量化と搭載時間の短縮に重点を置いて開発された「ADS EVO」は人手不足解消と走行試験時の再現性向上に寄与するものに仕上がっている。そして「女性でも持ち運び脱着しやすい」ようにすることも、大きな進化のポイントになっている。

VG-200シリーズは、真空度を高精度・高安定に計測が可能で、半導体や、食品・製薬の製造工程など、あらゆる分野で使用されている。円柱の真空計が多い中、コンパクトでありながら内部スペースを有効活用するために四角柱にし、また金属を1回のプレスで成形するインパクト成型を採用してネジなどの継ぎ目がない美しいデザインと機能を実現。またiFデザインアワード2018のプロダクト分野で受賞。63名のデザイン専門家が54の国/地域から集まった応募デザインのなかでVG-200シリーズは、継ぎ目のない滑らかな美しい形状で、自己温調型としては世界最小クラスのサイズという点で評価される。
Pressure measurement is essential for the manufacturing processes of virtually every industry. The VG-200 is a capacitance manometer that can measure the pressure of a chamber and any line used in the manufacturing process with high precision. This is the world’s smallest class-size gauge and comes with temperature self-adjustment capability and a smooth, aluminum housing. The smaller size also brings the added advantage of easier maintenance. With its original electrode structure and signal processing, it achieves a high level of accuracy and stability in spite of its compact size. It can provide a stable output even in severe environments by using Ni alloy for the diaphragm in the sensor body.

PG-300 is a leading-edge portable gas analyzer that offers excellent accuracy and reliability comparable in the measurement system for laboratory. In order to realize mobility and operability at high level the world’s lightest weight, enough toughness to protect against mpacts by covering sheetmetal body with plastic offering a sense of unity as well as usability in the on-site measurement were pursued in design. In addition to easy-to-useGraphical User Interface adopted a touchscreen system, thanks to connectivity to LAN or equipping a SD card slot, work efficiency inside and outside measurement site could besubstantially enhanced.
